Our mentors, carefully selected and trained in partnership with PO Box Trust and the Aawaaz Foundation, committed themselves to fostering students' long-term growth and self-sustainability. The program aimed to elevate both academic achievements and social-emotional development, ensuring a well-rounded approach to education.
Impact
By pairing mentors and mentees from similar backgrounds, we cultivated a nurturing environment that empowered students to excel. This thoughtfully designed mentorship program fostered a supportive community, where each student found encouragement and guidance tailored to their unique experiences. As a result, students were given the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally, benefiting from a connection that truly understood their individual journeys.
